It was winter when we were there, so no boat traffic or beautiful sunsets, but enjoyed the stay. We had a concrete pad, & was plenty room for our 42 ft motorhome. The WiFi was terrible, or I would have given it a higher rating. Would stay here again.

The very best in Del Rio -- New park that the owner built himself, & it shows pride of ownership with true Texas hospitality -- The spaces are 70' long & 45' wide -- Excellent power, water, cable & WiFi -- We stayed here 3 days in a 42 ft motorhome
